Refunds & Returns Policy
ASIC miners and infrastructure are high-value technical products. This policy explains how cancellations, statutory withdrawal rights, damaged deliveries and approved returns are handled.
Last updated: 2 September 2026
1. Before requesting a return
Do not send equipment to Mining Now, a manufacturer, supplier or warehouse without written return authorisation and a confirmed return address. Unauthorised shipments may be refused or delayed.
Start a request through Mining Now Support and include your order number, model, serial number, delivery date, reason for return and clear photos or video where damage or a fault is reported.
2. Consumer withdrawal rights
If you purchase as a consumer and mandatory law gives you a right to withdraw from an online order, that right remains available. For eligible EU consumer purchases, the usual withdrawal period is 14 days from delivery. Exceptions may apply, including goods made or procured to your specification, certain sealed goods after opening, or other exclusions allowed by law.
Business-to-business purchases, bulk procurement, special-order equipment and products acquired for commercial mining may be governed by the written quotation, invoice or supply agreement rather than consumer withdrawal rules.
3. Return condition
Where a return is approved, the product should be complete, securely packaged and returned with its original accessories, manuals and serial labels. Mining Now may reduce a refund where handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product has reduced its value.
Equipment that has been installed, powered, mined with, disassembled, flashed with unauthorised firmware, overclocked, modified, damaged through unsuitable voltage or cooling, or returned with altered serial labels is not treated as an unused return. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are not excluded.
4. Damaged, incorrect or faulty deliveries
Inspect the outer packaging before signing where possible. Photograph packaging, labels and equipment immediately if a shipment appears damaged or incorrect. Notify Mining Now as soon as reasonably possible so carrier evidence and supplier support can be preserved.
After review, the available solution may be troubleshooting, parts replacement, repair, replacement equipment, price adjustment or refund, depending on the fault, product, warranty and applicable law.
5. Return shipping
For a discretionary return or withdrawal where the customer is responsible for return costs, ASIC miners and infrastructure may require insured freight rather than ordinary post. Mining Now will provide the approved address and any packing instructions. Where the return results from an accepted Mining Now error or a legally covered non-conformity, responsibility for reasonable return costs will be handled according to applicable law and the written return authorisation.
6. Inspection and refunds
Returned equipment is inspected against the authorised model, serial number, condition and included accessories. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment route where practical. Bank and payment processing times are outside Mining Now’s control. Original expedited shipping, customs, installation and third-party service costs are not refundable unless required by law or expressly approved in writing.
7. Order cancellation
Request cancellation through Contact Mining Now. An order may be cancelled before acceptance or procurement begins. Once a supplier allocation, custom configuration or shipment has been committed, cancellation may be limited by the written order terms and applicable law.
