Are the products shown in stock?
Products displayed in the shop are listed as in stock. For bulk or time-sensitive orders, Mining Now confirms the current batch, quantity and dispatch point before order acceptance.
Do you sell new and used miners?
Yes. The condition stated on the product page or written quotation applies. Used equipment may show cosmetic wear and can have different warranty terms from new equipment.
Where do you ship?
The store accepts worldwide destinations. Delivery availability still depends on the product, warehouse, carrier service, sanctions, customs rules and the destination address.
How much is shipping?
The checkout currently displays a USD 50 flat shipping charge. Very heavy, oversized or special-freight equipment may require review. Any revised freight cost must be approved before Mining Now accepts the order.
Which payment methods are available?
The configured checkout methods include bank or wire transfer and check payment. A different method applies only when it is shown at checkout or confirmed on a written Mining Now quotation or invoice.
Does every miner have the same warranty?
No. Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer, model, condition, batch and supplier. Rely on the warranty written on the product page, quotation or invoice.
Can I return a miner?
Eligibility depends on whether you are a consumer or business buyer, the product condition, whether it was specially procured, applicable law and the written order terms. Request authorisation before shipping anything back.
Will a miner work on household power?
Many ASIC miners require dedicated high-voltage circuits, substantial ventilation and professional installation. Check voltage, amperage, connector, noise and heat before ordering.
Can you guarantee profitability?
No. Profitability changes with network difficulty, asset price, electricity rates, pool fees, downtime and operating conditions.
Can Mining Now help me choose?
Yes. Share your electricity price, voltage, available capacity, operating location, noise or heat limits, preferred algorithm and budget through the contact page.
