Terms & Conditions
These terms govern use of mining-now.xyz and orders placed with Mining Now. Product-specific quotations, invoices and written order terms form part of the agreement.

1. Operator and contact
Mining-now.xyz is operated under the Mining-Now name from Robert-Bosch-Strasse 6, 14641 Nauen, Brandenburg, Germany. Contact: info@mining-now.xyz.
2. Catalog information
Mining Now works to present model-specific specifications, condition and availability accurately. Manufacturer tolerances, batch revisions, firmware and included accessories can differ. Images are illustrative of the stated model unless the listing says they show the exact used unit. Confirm critical compatibility requirements before ordering.
3. Prices and availability
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Availability can change between listing and order acceptance, especially for used, spot, futures and allocated stock. Mining Now may correct an obvious pricing or specification error before accepting an order. If the customer does not accept a correction, amounts already paid for that unaccepted order will be refunded.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order creates an order request. Acceptance occurs when Mining Now confirms the order after reviewing payment, product allocation, destination and any special-freight requirement, or when the order is dispatched. Mining Now may decline an order for unavailable stock, export restrictions, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery limitations or an obvious catalog error.
5. Payment
Use the payment method shown at checkout or on a written Mining Now quotation. Funds must clear before dispatch unless agreed otherwise. Customers are responsible for accurate payer and order references. See Payment Information.
6. Shipping, customs and risk
Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed in writing. Customs, duties, taxes, import permissions and delivery responsibility depend on the destination and written delivery terms. Risk passes according to mandatory law and the applicable agreed delivery terms. See Shipping & Delivery.
7. Installation and operating responsibility
The customer is responsible for confirming voltage, phase, circuit capacity, connectors, grounding, networking, ventilation, noise, heat rejection, coolant and installation suitability. Industrial and hydro equipment should be installed by qualified personnel. Mining Now is not responsible for damage caused by unsuitable infrastructure or operation contrary to the applicable manual.
8. Mining performance
Rated hashrate, power and efficiency are subject to stated tolerances and operating conditions. Mining Now does not guarantee coin price, network difficulty, uptime, block rewards, pool results, payback period or profitability.
9. Returns and warranty
Returns and warranty are governed by the product condition, written order documents, the Refunds & Returns Policy, the Warranty & Repairs page and mandatory law.
10. Website use and intellectual property
You may use the site for lawful product research and purchasing. Do not interfere with security, scrape the site in a harmful manner, impersonate another person or use content to mislead buyers. Mining Now branding and original site content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
11. Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Mining Now is not liable for indirect losses, mining revenue changes, third-party pool performance or failures caused by customer infrastructure, unauthorised modification or events outside reasonable control.
12. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by German law, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s country. Updated terms apply prospectively from the date shown above; the terms accepted for an existing order remain part of that order.
