Warranty & Repairs
ASIC warranty coverage is not uniform. The applicable coverage depends on the exact manufacturer, model, condition, batch, supplier and written order terms.

1. Which warranty applies?
The warranty stated on the product page, quotation, invoice or order confirmation applies to that purchase. Some products have manufacturer coverage, some have supplier or Mining Now coverage, and some used or clearance units may have limited coverage. Do not assume that a warranty for one model or batch applies to another.
2. Starting a claim
Contact Mining Now Support before contacting a manufacturer or sending equipment anywhere. Include the order number, exact model, serial number, firmware version, operating voltage, cooling setup, fault description, logs and clear photos or video.
3. Troubleshooting and remedies
Mining Now may request safe diagnostic steps before authorising shipment. Depending on the applicable coverage and confirmed fault, the remedy may involve remote troubleshooting, a replacement part, repair, replacement equipment, price adjustment or another remedy required by law.
4. Conditions that may be excluded
Warranty providers commonly exclude damage connected to unsuitable voltage, surges, incorrect wiring, water or coolant contamination, corrosion, excessive dust, blocked airflow, unsupported temperature or humidity, physical damage, unauthorised disassembly, altered serial labels, overclocking or unauthorised firmware. The exact written warranty controls.
5. Shipping and data responsibility
Do not return equipment without authorisation. The written claim instructions will state the repair location, packaging requirements and shipping responsibility. Back up configuration details before service; repairs or control-board replacement may erase settings.
6. Statutory rights
A commercial warranty is additional to any mandatory rights that apply to faulty or misdescribed goods. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
