Shipping & Delivery
Mining equipment ranges from compact home miners to heavy hydro systems and containers. Delivery arrangements therefore depend on the exact product, warehouse and destination.

1. Shipping destinations
Mining Now accepts orders for worldwide destinations. Service remains subject to carrier coverage, export restrictions, sanctions, customs requirements, product location and safe delivery access.
2. Checkout shipping charge
The store currently applies a USD 50 flat shipping charge at checkout. For oversized, palletised, containerised, hydro or other special-freight equipment, the actual freight requirement may need review.
If an additional freight cost is required, Mining Now will request written approval before accepting or dispatching the order. No extra charge is taken without approval; the customer may decline the revised freight and cancel before order acceptance for a refund of the amount paid.
3. Processing and dispatch
There is no single dispatch time for the full catalog. Timing depends on whether the unit is new or used, spot stock or future batch, the warehouse, payment clearance, serial-number verification, testing and freight booking. The product page, quotation or order confirmation will state the applicable estimate.
4. Tracking and freight documents
Tracking or freight documentation is provided when the carrier makes it available. Large shipments may move under a bill of lading, airway bill or freight reference rather than a standard parcel-tracking link. Use the Track Your Order page or contact Support with your order number.
5. Customs, duties and taxes
Import duties, VAT, customs brokerage, permits and destination charges depend on the country and the Incoterm or delivery terms stated in the order. Unless a written quotation states that these costs are included, the recipient is responsible for destination import requirements and charges.
6. Address accuracy and delivery access
Customers must provide a complete deliverable address and notify Mining Now immediately of any correction. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch. For pallets, racks, tanks or containers, the customer must confirm unloading equipment, access and receiving availability.
7. Inspecting delivery
Check packaging and labels at delivery. Record visible damage on the carrier document where possible and photograph the packaging, seals, serial numbers and equipment before installation. Report a problem as soon as reasonably possible through Mining Now Support.
